Male Group Leaders

Dominican Republic
The Groupleader provides leadership, supervision, and relationship development as a "big brother". This is a "living in" work situation in a student residence, approximately 10 students per house. Works with the other members of the house team (Housemother, Housefather, Counselor, Teacher) to support the students and help them to fulfill their responsibilities and resolve conflicts and problems. The Groupleader lives alongside the students as a role model of Christ-like living and invites them to follow the same path. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required for this position. Qualified candidates need to be 21 years of age or older and possess a strong desire to work in youth ministry. 2 Positions available.

Housefathers

Dominican Republic
The Housefather provides structure, leadership, supervision, and relationship development. This is a 'living in' work situation in a student residence, approximately 10 students per residence. Works with the other members of the house team (Groupleader, Housemother, Counselor, Teacher) to support the students and help them to fulfill their responsibilities and resolve conflicts and problems. The Housefather lives alongside the students as a role model of Christ-like living and invites them to follow the same path. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required for this position. Qualified candidates need to be 21 years of age or older and possess a strong desire to work in youth ministry. We do hire couples to fill the Houseparent positions. 3 Positions available

The Groupleader lives alongside the students as a role model of Christ-like living and invites them to follow the same path. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required for this position. Qualified candidates need to be 21 years of age or older and possess a strong desire to work in youth ministry. This staff person will be required to work at our summer camp in Canada.

Internships

Dominican Republic
We are able to offer internships during the Fall, Spring and Summer terms. These are the areas in which we have internships available: Counseling/Social Work/Psychology, Education/Tutors, Office Services, and Youth Ministry.

Education Department Head

He/She needs to be willing to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate all school matters. This includes, but is not limited to accreditation renewal, reports and evaluations. Masters Degree in Education required and certification with ACSI or a willingness to become certified.
