We accept volunteers throughout the year at all three of our campuses: Indiana, Dominican Republic and Canada.  Volunteer positions are available in a wide range of services.  Applicants may volunteer from one week to one year.  We accept groups and individuals. 

A passport is required if wanting to volunteer at our Canadian and Dominican locations.  Contact Human Resources for the volunteer application.

This position entails counseling up to 12 teenagers per week for 50-minute sessions. The counselor would also keep counseling notes on each individual session, as well as lead up to three group sessions per week, which would be focused on the issues of today’s teens. The counselor is also an advocate for the student and would work with the student when issues arise. Works as part of a house team to implement the individual student’s treatment plan. Counselors are also asked to work as relief staff in the student residences as needed.

Masters Degree is required or in the process of obtaining the degree.  We ask staff members for an initial commitment of two years.

We are able to offer internships during the Fall, Spring and Summer terms at both of our locations: Indiana and the Dominican Republic. During the summer, we offer internships at our camp in Canada.  These are the areas in which we have internships available: Counseling/Social Work/Psychology, Education/Tutors, Youth Ministry and Office Services.
