Chaplain

The NHA Chaplain serves as a spiritual leader, teacher, and mentor. The role is somewhat analogous to a combination youth pastor and associate pastor. Fulfills two distinct though similar roles in the school as Chaplain to both staff (mediation, training, direction) and students (activity planning, teaching, spiritual counsel). The Chaplain also is responsible for chapel services, spiritual retreats, mission trips, the student discipleship program and student devotions. May teach Bible classes within the school structure as well.

Must have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Christian Education, Christian Ministries, Youth Ministry or a closely related field.  We ask staff members for an initial commitment of two years.
