This position entails counseling up to 15 teenagers per week for 50-minute sessions. The counselor would also keep counseling notes on each individual session, as well as lead up to three group sessions per week, which would be focused on the issues of today’s teens. The counselor is also an advocate for the student and would work with the student when issues arise. Works as part of a house team to implement the individual students' treatment plans. Counselors are also asked to work as relief staff in the student residences as needed.

Masters Degree is required.  We ask staff members for an initial commitment of two years.  A passport is required.
