I Will Take A Call Anytime
My name is Cinda, our daughter Alyssa was in the program from August of 2001 until April of 2003… I have enjoyed the occasional calls from parents who are in the same position we once were. What a blessing to be able to encourage them in this most difficult decision that they are facing. This is one way that we can give back to the program that helped our daughter so much.
Alyssa is currently finishing up her 2nd year at Ohio University Southern, in Ironton, Ohio. She should finish her Associates Degree this summer in Equine Studies. Lyss continues to be very gifted in breaking and working with horses. She spent this past summer working with a number of different horses… she was thrilled to say the least.
She has maintained over a 3.0 average her entire time, which has been a blessing and miracle in that there was a time we were not sure she would graduate from high school… she has also maintained a more healthy body.
She still has some issues that causes her difficulties… She has a strong desire to encourage and build people up, (which is a wonderful gift)…
We are the proud grandparents of 3, one boy and two girls, with another one due… Our life is blessed, and we once again give thanks for all of you, your ministry and care of our kids…
I will take a call anytime, from any parent who needs a listening ear!!
