In Changing One Life, You Changed Four

I just received the latest newsletter from New Horizons and saw the article that said you were finally coming back to the states. When you took that first position at Escuela Caribe, I bet you never imagined that you would be there this long! Let alone touch so many lives. Good for you. New Horizons sure was blessed to find you and you them.
I just wanted to say thank you. Thank you for being there for me. Without your help, and others like you, I would not be the person I am today. It is not often that you find people who reach out to others. Let alone commit their life to helping people. It takes a real special person to do what you do. I thank you, my wife thanks you, and my children thank you. In changing 1 life, you changed 4. That is awesome!
Just to catch you up, I live in Huntington Beach, California. I am almost 40 years old. My wife’s name is Shelley and we have been married for 14 years. We have 2 beautiful children, an 11 year old boy, John Jr., and a 2 year old girl, Emma. My wife and I both work in the banking industry and are active in our church. In short, you were right, mine was a life worth saving!
Anyway, good luck in your new position. If you get to the west coast, you must let me know. I would love to see you, introduce my family to you. Thanks again and God bless! Oh, by the way, can you believe it’s been 25 years!
